Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • You must request a return 1 to 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unusedunworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized / customized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, health items)

  • Digital goods or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Please review product descriptions for any specific restrictions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 to 2 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full refund

Please include photos of:

  • The damaged or defective area

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us resolve your issue quickly.


4. Return Process

Step 2: Receive Approval

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • A return authorization

  • Instructions for shipping the item back

  • (Optional) A prepaid return label (if provided by your store)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your items securely and ship them using the instructions provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Choose one option based on your store policy:

Option A — Customer pays return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Option B — Store pays return shipping:
We provide a prepaid label for all eligible returns.

Option C — Mixed policy:
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Select the option that matches your business model.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within  5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless order arrived damaged or incorrect).

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective/damaged items

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.


8. Store Credit (Optional)

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any product.
